Ingredients:

• Paneer cubes – 100 gm
• Tomato paste – 1/2 can
• Jeera -1/2 tsp
• Methi powder – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander and Curry leaves – a few sprigs
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
• 4 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a wide pan, add paneer cubes and roast them on medium flame.
  2. Add all the powders and curry leaves and 3 tbsp tomato paste.
  3. Saute for a few mins and when its done sprinkle coriander leaves.
