Ingredients:

• 1 cup – shell Pasta
• 1/4 piece – red bell pepper chopped (roasted on the direct flame for 3 to 4 mins)
• A few – spring onions, chopped | | Few Almonds – soaked and blanched
• 2 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• A few drops – Lemon juice
• Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
• Chaat masala – as required
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• Kaara boondi or mixture or sev
• Dates – Tamarind chutney
• Green chutney
• Red Chilli powder as required
• Any masala – spice powder
• Potato, boiled – 1
• Tomatoes – 2
• Grated Carrot – 2
• Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Boil water, add salt and pasta and cook al dente.
  2. Rinse thoroughly in cold water, drain completely and set aside
  3. Add all the ingredients to pasta except boondi or sev and toss well and keep aside for 5 mins.
  4. Garnish with boondi and serve
