Ingredients:
• 1 cup – shell Pasta
• 1/4 piece – red bell pepper chopped (roasted on the direct flame for 3 to 4 mins)
• A few – spring onions, chopped | | Few Almonds – soaked and blanched
• 2 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• A few drops – Lemon juice
• Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
• Chaat masala – as required
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• Kaara boondi or mixture or sev
• Dates – Tamarind chutney
• Green chutney
• Red Chilli powder as required
• Any masala – spice powder
• Potato, boiled – 1
• Tomatoes – 2
• Grated Carrot – 2
• Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Method:
- Boil water, add salt and pasta and cook al dente.
- Rinse thoroughly in cold water, drain completely and set aside
- Add all the ingredients to pasta except boondi or sev and toss well and keep aside for 5 mins.
- Garnish with boondi and serve
