Ingredients:
• 1 small pack – mushroom.
• 4 or 5 tsp – powdered pepper.
• 1.5 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste.
• 1 – Onion (chopped).
• 2 pinch – Turmeric powder.
• Salt, to taste.
• 3 tbsp – oil.
• 2 drops – Lime squash.
• Coriander leaves.
• Mustard seeds.
• Curry leaves.
Method:
- Heat a pan containing oil, then add mustard seeds and curry leaves after the oil gets heated.
- Add the chopped onion to that and fry till the onion turn to golden brown in colour.
- Immediately add the ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, powdered pepper and fry for a second.
- Add the mushroom pieces to the above mix.
- Add half a glass of water, add salt. Wait till it turns to gravy.
- Finally squeeze some lime and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice, chapatti, naan.
