Ingredients:

• 1 small pack – mushroom.
• 4 or 5 tsp – powdered pepper.
• 1.5 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste.
• 1 – Onion (chopped).
• 2 pinch – Turmeric powder.
• Salt, to taste.
• 3 tbsp – oil.
• 2 drops – Lime squash.
• Coriander leaves.
• Mustard seeds.
• Curry leaves.

Method:

  1. Heat a pan containing oil, then add mustard seeds and curry leaves after the oil gets heated.
  2. Add the chopped onion to that and fry till the onion turn to golden brown in colour.
  3. Immediately add the ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, powdered pepper and fry for a second.
  4. Add the mushroom pieces to the above mix.
  5. Add half a glass of water, add salt. Wait till it turns to gravy.
  6. Finally squeeze some lime and garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with rice, chapatti, naan.
