Ingredients:

• 1 small Cucumber
• 1 small Capsicum
• 1 small Onion
• 1 small Tomato
• 1 small beet root
• 1 small Carrot
• 1 small piece Cabbage
• For Masala:
• 1 tbsp – Ginger chilli paste
• curds
• chopped Coriander leaves
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut cucumber, capsicum, onion and tomato into small cubes.
  2. Grate carrot and beet root.
  3. Chop the cabbage finely.
  4. Mix all the cut and grated vegetables. Add salt.
  5. Remove extra water by light palm pressure.
  6. Add all the masalas.
  7. Beat the curd and put all the mixed vegetables with the masalas.
  8. Chill and serve.
