
Ingredients:
• 200g – Chicken (boneless, if not, cut Chicken to medium/small pieces)
• 1 – Capsicum (green)
• 1 – orange/red Capsicum (optional)
• 2 medium sized – Onions
• 1 big – Carrot (baby Carrots optional)
• 4-5 pieces – Mushroom (optional)
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with salt, garlic, ginger and vinegar for 5 – 10 mins.
- Cut the vegetables to small pieces.
- Now in a pan, add 1 tsp of oil and heat it, Add chicken and 3-4 tsps of soya sauce and cover and cook it for ten minutes.
- Gently fry the vegetables in another pan for 2- 3 mins.
- Add salt, a bit of vinegar and soya sauce.
- After 10 mins, toss the vegetables in the pan which has the chicken and mix it.
- Add chilly sauce to make it hot (optional).
- If thick gravy is required, add 3-4 tsp of water and sprinkle cornflour.
