Ingredients:

• 500 gms – Chicken
• 100 gms – Onion
• 3 gms Fennel seeds
• 20 gms – Green chillies
• 50 gms – Coriander leaves
• 2 eggs
• 15 gms – Ginger
• 10 gms – Garlic
• 2 gms – Cinnamon
• 2 gms – Cardamom
• 2 gms – Cloves
• 2 gms – Cumin
• Salt to taste
• 2 gms – Black sal

Method:

  1. Debone and mince chicken.
  2. Chop onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic and the ginger fine, and mix with chicken.
  3. Bind with egg. Add black salt and salt.
  4. Put mixture on skewer with wet hands. Baste with oil and cook on charcoal for 10 mins. Turn it regularly to ensure even cooking.
  5. Remove from fire. Baste again with oil and cook again for 10 mins.
  6. Remove from skewer and serve hot with onion salad.
