Ingredients:
• 500 gms – Chicken
• 100 gms – Onion
• 3 gms Fennel seeds
• 20 gms – Green chillies
• 50 gms – Coriander leaves
• 2 eggs
• 15 gms – Ginger
• 10 gms – Garlic
• 2 gms – Cinnamon
• 2 gms – Cardamom
• 2 gms – Cloves
• 2 gms – Cumin
• Salt to taste
• 2 gms – Black sal
Method:
- Debone and mince chicken.
- Chop onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic and the ginger fine, and mix with chicken.
- Bind with egg. Add black salt and salt.
- Put mixture on skewer with wet hands. Baste with oil and cook on charcoal for 10 mins. Turn it regularly to ensure even cooking.
- Remove from fire. Baste again with oil and cook again for 10 mins.
- Remove from skewer and serve hot with onion salad.
