Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Ragi rava
• 1.5 cups – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sweetened condensed Milk or Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• A few Almond flakes and Pistachios

Method:

  1. Heat the milk and sweetened condensed milk together.
  2. Meanwhile, wash the ragi rava and drain the excess water using a strainer.
  3. Add this washed ragi rava to the boiling milk. Immediately, put the flame in simmer and cook until the ragi rava gets cooked.
  4. Finally, add the cardamom powder and cook everything for a few minutes. Put off the stove.
  5. Serve warm after garnishing with almond flakes and pistachios.
