
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Ragi rava
• 1.5 cups – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sweetened condensed Milk or Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• A few Almond flakes and Pistachios
Method:
- Heat the milk and sweetened condensed milk together.
- Meanwhile, wash the ragi rava and drain the excess water using a strainer.
- Add this washed ragi rava to the boiling milk. Immediately, put the flame in simmer and cook until the ragi rava gets cooked.
- Finally, add the cardamom powder and cook everything for a few minutes. Put off the stove.
- Serve warm after garnishing with almond flakes and pistachios.
