
Ingredients:
• 2 pounds – Chicken (breasts and legs)
• 1 – big Onion
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tsps – Red Chilli powder
• 1 – big tbsp Curd
• Haldi
• Salt
• Red food colour
• 2 tbsps – oil
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1.5 tsps – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Coconut powder
• Black pepper powder
Method:
- Wash chicken and add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi, salt as per taste, curd, lime and colour. Mix them well.
- Take a pan and put this mixture (without oil) and let the chicken cook well.
- When the water from the chicken disappears, then take another non-stick pan and put oil, fry powders, green chillies.
- Add in the cooked chicken for 5 minutes and fry till dark in colour.
- Add coriander leaves.
