Ingredients:

• Chicken – 1 kg
• Red Chilli – 50 g
• salt to taste
• Fat – 100 g
• Whole spices – 50 g
• Ginger Garlic – 2 tbsp
• Orange red colour – 1 pinch
• Saffron – 1 pinch
• Curd – 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Fry the chicken till brown in the fat.
  2. Add spices along with ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add curd with the colour and saffron, heat through and remove from fire.
