
Ingredients:
• Soya Milk – 1 cup
• Whole Wheat flour – 1/4 cup
• Green chilli, chopped – 1
• Onion, grated – 1
• Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
• Eno’s fruit salt – 1/4 tbsp
• Oil for cooking
• salt to taste
Method:
- Make a thin batter with the soya milk, wheat flour, green chilli, onion, coriander, fruit salt, salt and water. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick tava and grease it with oil.
- Pour 2 tbsp of the batter on the tawa and spread it using a circular motion.
- Cook on both sides with a little oil.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve hot.
