Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – kheema
• 50 gms – Chana dal
• 10 flakes of Garlic
• 5 Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – Mint leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 pinch of Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp- Garam Masala
• 9 eggs
• 1.5 tsp – Refined flour
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean and wash the kheema and cook in a pressure cooker with all the spices and a cup of water till three whistles.
  2. Grind the kheema to a fine paste in a blender.
  3. Fold in one beaten egg and 1.5 tsp. refined flour to make a soft dough. Keep aside.
  4. Take 8 hard boiled eggs.
  5. Make hollow balls with the kheema dough and place the hard boiled egg in the middle.
  6. Seal well and drop in hot oil and fry till golden brown.
  7. Let cool and cut into half.
  8. Serve with onion rings.
