
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – kheema
• 50 gms – Chana dal
• 10 flakes of Garlic
• 5 Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – Mint leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 pinch of Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp- Garam Masala
• 9 eggs
• 1.5 tsp – Refined flour
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean and wash the kheema and cook in a pressure cooker with all the spices and a cup of water till three whistles.
- Grind the kheema to a fine paste in a blender.
- Fold in one beaten egg and 1.5 tsp. refined flour to make a soft dough. Keep aside.
- Take 8 hard boiled eggs.
- Make hollow balls with the kheema dough and place the hard boiled egg in the middle.
- Seal well and drop in hot oil and fry till golden brown.
- Let cool and cut into half.
- Serve with onion rings.
