Ingredients:
• 1 – Medium onion, grated
• 1.5 inch – Cinnamon
• 2 big – Cardamoms
• 3-4 – Cloves
• 1/4 tsp – White Pepper Powder
• 150 g – Single Cream
• 2 tbsp – Kasoori Methi
• 150 g – Boiled Peas
• 2 tbsp – Fresh Methi (chopped and boiled)
• 1/2 to 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Ground Cashewnuts
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Grind cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry onion on medium heat till oil separates.
- Add powdered masala, salt, and the white pepper powder.
- Then add cream and the kasoori methi.
- Mix well and add the boiled peas, boiled fresh methi, sugar, and cashewnut paste.
- Simmer till it is thick.
- Serve hot with parathas.
