Ingredients:

• 1 – Medium onion, grated
• 1.5 inch – Cinnamon
• 2 big – Cardamoms
• 3-4 – Cloves
• 1/4 tsp – White Pepper Powder
• 150 g – Single Cream
• 2 tbsp – Kasoori Methi
• 150 g – Boiled Peas
• 2 tbsp – Fresh Methi (chopped and boiled)
• 1/2 to 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Ground Cashewnuts
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Grind cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry onion on medium heat till oil separates.
  3. Add powdered masala, salt, and the white pepper powder.
  4. Then add cream and the kasoori methi.
  5. Mix well and add the boiled peas, boiled fresh methi, sugar, and cashewnut paste.
  6. Simmer till it is thick.
  7. Serve hot with parathas.
