Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Yogurt
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• 2 tsp – Chopped Cilantro
• 1/4 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry (2 – 3 tsp)

Method:

  1. Cut tomatoes into medium sized pieces. Cut green Chillies into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan.
  3. Add mustard seeds, green chillies, tomatoes and saute them for about 2-3 mins and allow it to cool for some time.
  4. Take a small bowl, and add yogurt and the fried mixture.
  5. Add turmeric, some chilli powder and salt.
  6. Finally add the chopped coriander leaves.
