
Ingredients:
• 1 – puff pastry sheet
• 200 g – white chocolate bar (broken into large pieces)
• a few Almond flakes
Method:
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the puff pastry sheet into 8 rectangles.
- Place the white chocolate pieces on 4 rectangle sheets and sprinkle some almond flakes.
- Make 3 slits in the remaining 4 rectangular sheets and gently place one by one over the 4 other sheets so that they are fully covered.
- Brush the edges with water and seal them well.
- Place the puffs over a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust turns golden brown.
