Ingredients:

• Olive or soya oil – 2 tsp
• Mint leaves – 2 cup
• green chilies – 2
• Ginger – 1 piece
• Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
• low fat curds – ½ cup
• chaat masala – 1 tsp
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  2. Add mint leaves and stir fry till fragrant.
  3. Add chili, ginger and cumin seeds and grind to a smooth paste.
  4. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
