
Ingredients:
• 100g – oma podi/sev
• 10 – small pooris
• 2 – Potatoes (medium)
• 1/2 cup – Bengal Gram (Kadalaparippu)
• 2 cups – Puffed rice(Pori)
• 2 – Onions(medium)
• 1- Tomato (small)
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1/4 cup – Raw Mango pieces (finely chopped)
• Salt to taste
• Mint leaves(Pudhina) for Mint chutney
Method:
- Boil the potatoes, peel and mash.
- Boil the bengal gram in a separate vessel.
- Chop the onions and tomatoes finely.
- Prepare oma podi, sweet chutney, mint chutney and small puris.
- In a large bowl, mix puffed rice, onions, tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, mashed potatoes, small puris, cooked dal and mix well.
