Ingredients:
• 1 litre – Milk
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 2 cups – vanilla ice Cream powder
• 2 cups – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – food colour
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 5 – Badam
• 5 – cashew (crushed)
Method:
- Boil the milk, add sugar and corn flour to it. Mix well.
- Add the cashew, badam, icecream powder and food colour to it. Stir well.
- Cook until it thickens. Then add essence, beat it till smooth and set to chill in the fridge.
