Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – boiled Chickpeas
• 2.5 cups – finely chopped Onions
• 1 tbsp – minced Garlic
• 1 tbsp – minced Ginger
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 2 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 tsp – coriander
• 1 tsp – green chillies, minced
• 1/2 cup – tomatoes, finely chopped
• 1- Bay Leaf
• Salt to taste and some oil
• A little Lime juice

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaf and onions and fry till brown; add the ginger-garlic and the remaining ingredients except boiled chickpeas and fry.
  2. Lastly, add the chickpeas and close the lid and leave it for 15 minutes; cook on medium heat.
  3. Add a little lime juice and it is ready to serve.
