Ingredients:

• 300 g – chopped Tomatoes
• 250 g – chopped Olives
• 115 g – Beef
• 3-4 – Garlic
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce or 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 – red pepper
• a few fresh Basil leaves

Method:

  1. Thinly slice the beef and pour into a large frying pan with olive oil.
  2. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the red pepper, chopped olives and chopped tomatoes.
  3. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the chilli sauce and garlic.
  5. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
