
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – baby potatoes, halved
• 4 cups – fresh button Mushrooms
• 2 large onions, chopped
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – crushed peppercorns
• 5-6 tbsp – loomi (dried lime) powdered
• 1 cup – fresh Coriander leaves
• Water
• Oil as required
Method:
- Heat oil. Add onions and mushrooms.
- Fry until mushrooms have turned brown.
- Add powdered loomi, salt to taste, potatoes and enough water to cook the potatoes.
- Cook until the gravy is thick.
- Add pepper and chopped coriander.
- Serve as a dish with saffron flavoured rice.
