Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Mutton or lamb chops
• 2 large onions, sliced finely
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 potatoes, boiled and peeled and sliced thickly
• 3 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 slit Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Wash the chops well and marinate with the salt, pepper powder, garlic paste and turmeric powder.
- Cook the chops with a little water till tender.
- Add the onions, green chillies and oil and cook till the water dries up.
- Keep frying till the chops turn a nice brown colour.
- Add the potatoes and mix lightly so that the potatoes are covered with the gravy.
