Ingredients:
• 3 cups – whole Wheat flour
• 1 cup – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and add 1 tbsp. oil and water to make a stiff dough.
- Make equal lemon-sized balls.
- Roll out each to 10 cm. circles and fry on a griddle, applying a little oil to the griddle.
- Keep warm and ready to serve
