
Ingredients:
• 1 box of croutons
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 2 to 3 – potatoes, boiled, peeled, diced
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp- Peanuts, crushed
• 1/2 cup – Sev
• 1/4 cup – Tamarind chutney
• 1/4 cup – green chutney
• Garlic chutney (optional)
Method:
- Place croutons in a bowl.
- Add potatoes, tomato, onion, sev, and peanuts. Add chutney.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- It’s ready to serve.
