Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – ivy gourd,
• 1 – onion, big and chopped
• 1 tsp – sambar powder
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 3 tbsp – Peanut powder, roasted
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds + Urad Dal
• A few – Curry leaves
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Heat oil, splutter the mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves
- Add immediately the chopped onions, salt and saute until the onions turn translucent
- Now add the sliced ivy gourd, saute for few seconds, add the sambar powder, coriander powder
- Cook everything in medium flame, sprinkle some water and cook the vegetables covered.
- When the vegetables are done add the peanut powder, stir everything and cook until the oil separates.
