Ingredients:

• 500 g – Spinach
• 3 – 4 – Red Chillies
• 2 pinches – Hing
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Salt as per your taste
• 2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tbsp – Coconut oil

Method:

  1. Wash the spinach and boil it until tender and cooked well.
  2. Drain the excess water from the boiled spinach and allow it to cool for a few minutes
  3. Beat the spinach in a mixie until it is smashed nicely and keep it aside
  4. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds. Allow it to splutter.
  5. Add the red chillies, urad dal, coriander powder, hing, etc to the oil.
  6. Add the smashed spinach to the above mixture and simmer for 1 min.
  7. Add salt as per your taste and mix well.
