Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken cut into medium pieces
• 1 cup – Curd
• 3 tbsp – ginger-garlic-chilli paste
• 4 tbsp – Pepper
• 4 – large Onions
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves
• Salt and Lemon
Method:
- Marinate chicken in curd, salt and ginger-garlic-chilli paste for 1 hour.
- Fry onions in a pan till golden brown.
- Add the chicken pieces along with the marinade, stir till well coated with the onions and roast for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper, fry for a minute, add very little water, keep covered and cook till chicken is tender.
- When done, add juice of 1 lemon, sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot with parathas.
