
Ingredients:
• 4 – boiled eggs
• 2 – medium Onions
• 1 – Tomato
• 3 – Green chillies
• 2 tsps – coriander powder
• 5 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• A pinch – Turmeric powder
• 3 tbsps – oil
• salt to taste
• Water as needed
Method:
- Make a paste of 1 onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies.
- In a pan, heat oil and add jeera. When it splutters, add the remaining onion (sliced) and fry till golden brown.
- Add finely chopped tomato and fry it till it turns mushy.
- Add the ground paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Keep frying till you see the oil separating.
- Add water if needed. Finally, add the boiled eggs (make vertical slits on the sides of the eggs).
- Simmer for 2 minutes, then sprinkle with garam masala and remove from heat when the curry turns thick.
