Ingredients:

• 1 – radish, grated
• 1 cup – Coconut
• 2 tsp – puff Channa (hurugadle)
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 3-4 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Tamarind juice
• 1 tbsp – coriander
• 2 sprig – Curry leaves
• salt to taste
• For tadka:
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Grind the above ingredients (except grated radish) into a fine chutney.
  2. Mix grated radish in the ground chutney and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil, add mustard. While it splutters, add dals and curry leaves.
  4. Add this tadka to above mixture and mix well.
  5. Serve with rice and pickles.
  6. It is tasty as well as healthy.
