Ingredients:
• 1 – radish, grated
• 1 cup – Coconut
• 2 tsp – puff Channa (hurugadle)
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 3-4 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Tamarind juice
• 1 tbsp – coriander
• 2 sprig – Curry leaves
• salt to taste
• For tadka:
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
Method:
- Grind the above ingredients (except grated radish) into a fine chutney.
- Mix grated radish in the ground chutney and keep aside.
- Heat oil, add mustard. While it splutters, add dals and curry leaves.
- Add this tadka to above mixture and mix well.
- Serve with rice and pickles.
- It is tasty as well as healthy.
