Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Poha (washed).
• 2 tbsp – Jaggery
• 1/2 tsp – powdered elaichi
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 6-8 – seedless Dates
• 10-15 – Raisins

Method:

  1. Melt jaggery and stir continuously. Add melted jaggery to the poha.
  2. Add elaichi powder, coconuts, dates and raisins to the mixture and stir well. Allow the mixture to set for some time.
  3. Cut into diamond shapes and serve.
