
Ingredients:
• 4 slices white bread
• 1 small packet kurkure
• 1 cucumber, sliced
• A few Coriander leaves
• margarine
• For Green Chutney:
• 1 bunch washed and chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 3 to 4 green chillies, chopped
• 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
• A few Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp salt
Method:
- Take 2 slices of bread and spread some margarine on it.
- Take Kurkure, crush it with your hand a little and spread on the slices. Put the slices of cucumber and a few coriander leaves on it.
- On other 2 bread slices, spread some green chutney/ tomato sauce as per your choice.
- Cover the sandwiches with these slices and serve immediately.
- You can enjoy your cold sandwiches at any time of the day.
- For Green Chutney:
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend it for around 5 minutes until it becomes a smooth paste.
