Ingredients:

• Pork – 1/2 kg.
• Onions, chopped – 2.
• Garlic Pods – 6.
• Dry Chillies – 3.
• tomatoes, chopped – 2.
• Mustard oil – 2 tbsp.
• Salt – To taste.
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp.
• Potato – 1.
• Cauliflower – 1/2, cut into florets.
• Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp.

Method:

  1. Make a paste of one onion, garlic pods, dry chillies and one tomato.
  2. Heat mustard oil.
  3. Chop and add an onion. Fry till golden brown.
  4. Add salt and turmeric powder.
  5. Add the pork, potato and cauliflower florets.
  6. Add the onion-garlic-dry chilli-tomato paste. Mix well and cover.
  7. After 5-6 mins, add 2 cups of water. Cover again.
  8. When the water starts to boil, chop and add tomato, green chillies and a little garam masala powder. Mix well.
  9. Cover again and cook on a low flame until the gravy becomes thick.
