Ingredients:

• Chicken – 1 kg
• Red kashmiri chilli – 20 pieces
• Dhania – 2 tbsp
• Garlic – 2 pod
• Ginger – 1 piece
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Vinegar – 1 tbsp
• Salt
• Coconut oil
• Kari patta

Method:

  1. First cut and clean the chicken.
  2. Make a fine paste of chillies, dhania, ginger and garlic.
  3. Remove the excess water from the chicken and marinate it with this paste, salt and vinegar for 30 mins.
  4. Cook this marinated chicken in a vessel.
  5. When it is half cooked keep the vessel aside.
  6. Take a wide kadai and pour some oil into it.
  7. When it gets heated put the kari patta and add the chicken mixture to it.
  8. Cook the chicken on a low flame till it becomes dry.
