Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 1 – Onion
• 3 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 1.5 tsp – cumin
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup – Coconut Milk
• 1 tsp – salt
• 15 – peeled shrimps
• 2 sprigs – coriander
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
Method:
- Heat oil and saute onion.
- Add garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric and chilli powder and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, coconut milk and salt and boil.
- Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Now add the shrimp and cilantro and cook covered for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and serve.
