Ingredients:

• Yellow moong dal – 1/2 cup
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Onion – 1 no
• Tomatoes – 2
• Green chillies – 2
• Garlic Cloves – 5
• Beans – 1cup
• Carrot -1 cup
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves – 1 bunch
• Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Cook dal with turmeric.
  2. To the dal, add a cup of water and all the cut vegetables and the other ingredients, and cook for about 10 mins.
  3. Add salt, garnish with coriander and curry leaves.
