Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Rice
• 1 cup – Urad Dal
• 1.5 – Banana
• 3 – Cardamom
• 1/2 cup – ground Sugar

Method:

  1. First grind rice and urad dal together and keep it aside for 5-6 hours.
  2. To the mixture, add mashed banana, 1 tsp salt, cardamom powder and sugar and mix it well.
  3. Take a pan, put some ghee on it and make a dosai.
  4. Serve hot and with lime pickle!
