Ingredients:

• 8 – slices of bread
• 2 – eggs, beaten
• 1.5 cups – Milk
• 1/4 cup – plain flour (maida)
• 3 tbsp – powdered Sugar (as per taste)
• 1 tsp – Cinnamon
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 2 tbsp – Butter (for frying)

Method:

  1. In a bowl, put the flour. Slowly add the milk, stirring continuously. Mix it well
  2. Add cinnamon powder, beaten eggs, vanilla essence and powdered sugar.
  3. Blend it well.
  4. Heat a griddle and spread a little butter over it (approx 1/2 tbsp for each toast).
  5. Dip each bread slice and put it on the griddle.
  6. Let it cook till golden brown (approx 2-3 min).
  7. Turn it around and let the other side also cook.
  8. Remove from fire and serve with maple syrup.
  9. Do the other toast in the same manner using butter as needed.
