Ingredients:

• 100g – Wheat flour
• 1 tbsp – besan
• 1 tbsp – semolina
• 3 tbsp – Ghee
• 300 ml – water
• 50g – Sugar
• 15g – Almonds, blanched and sliced

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a kadhai.
  2. Add flour, besan and semolina. Cook till ghee separates.
  3. Add sugar and almonds.
  4. Add water stirring mixture continuously.
  5. Cook for 2 mins. and serve hot.
