Ingredients:
• gram flour (besan) – 1 cup
• grated Coconut – 1 cup
• Sugar – 2.5 cup
• Ghee – 1/4 cup
• green Cardamom – 1/4 tsp
• cashews, small pieces
Method:
- Fry 1 cup of gram flour with ghee . Keep aside. Fry 1 cup of coconut(optional) .
- Take a tawa and dissolve sugar with 1 cup of water.
- Keep stirring, when the sugar gets 2 strings, add flour and coconut to the sugar.
- Add cardamom and cashews.
- Keep stirring, transfer to a greased dish, spread the mixture and cut into desired shapes.
