Ingredients:
• 2 cups – ripe boppai gratings
• 2 cups – Ghee
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 50 g – Kaju
• 50 g – kishmis
• 2 tsp – elaichi powder
• a pinch – Saffron color
Method:
- Cook boppai gratings with sugar and some water.
- While boiling add saffron and ghee.
- Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.
- Add cardamom powder and raisins.
- Pour on a greased plate.
- Cut into small pieces and garnish with cashew.
