Ingredients:

• 2 cups – ripe boppai gratings
• 2 cups – Ghee
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 50 g – Kaju
• 50 g – kishmis
• 2 tsp – elaichi powder
• a pinch – Saffron color

Method:

  1. Cook boppai gratings with sugar and some water.
  2. While boiling add saffron and ghee.
  3. Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  4. Add cardamom powder and raisins.
  5. Pour on a greased plate.
  6. Cut into small pieces and garnish with cashew.
