
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Bottle Gourd pieces
• 10 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – sambar powder
• A few – Curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• A pinch – Turmeric powder
• A pinch – Asafoetida
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add bottle gourd pieces, cumin seeds, green chillies and saute well for 5 minutes.
- Then add curry leaves, turmeric, asafoetida, sambar powder and mix well.
- Keep the mixture on medium low flame for 5 more mins and turn off and keep aside to cool.
- Blend into a fine paste by adding lemon juice and salt.
