Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Broccoli (finely chopped florets)
• 1/2 cup – Cauliflower (finely chopped florets)
• 1/2 cup – Spinach (finely chopped)
• 1/2 cup – Onion (finely chopped)
• 2 Cloves – Garlic (chopped)
• 1/2 cup – Lima Bean (soaked overnight)
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1 tsp – Pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Butter
• 1/2 cup – Water
Method:
- Take butter, onion and garlic in a microwave safe bowl. Keep it on high for 2 minutes.
- Now, add the chopped florets, spinach, little quantity of salt and half a cup of water.
- Cook on microwave high for 5 minutes. Allow the contents to cool down.
- Process in a blender until smooth.
- Cook soaked Lima bean with salt for 10 minutes on microwave.
- Boil the milk on microwave and add milk to the contents in the blender. Mix well.
- Pour in a serving bowl.
- Add, cooked lima bean. Season with pepper.
- Serve hot.
