Ingredients:

• 1 cup – grated beet root
• 1 tbsp-ghee
• 1 litre-milk
• 1/2 cup- Sugar
• 12-cashew pieces
• 1 tsp -elaichi powder

Method:

  1. Heat ghee on a pan, add grated beetroot and stir beetroot till it becomes soft.
  2. Add boiled milk in beetroot mixture then cook it till it becomes thick.
  3. Add sugar, elaichi powder, cashew pieces, cook till mixture becomes thick
  4. Decorate with cashew.
