Ingredients:
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp – Methi powder
• 1.5 tsp – sesame powder
• 1 – small Onion chopped (optional)
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• 1/4 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 3 tsp – oil
• A little Parsley
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the capsicum into small pieces.
- Heat the pan with oil, and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, and onions to it.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes till the onions turn a little brown.
- Then add capsicum pieces, cumin powder, methi powder, sesame powder, lemon juice, and some salt.
- Cook for at least 5 – 10 minutes until the capsicum leaves the oil.
- Now garnish it with parsley.
- Serve with chapati or with rice alongside sambar.
