
Ingredients:
• 1 litre – Milk
• 1/2 cup – basmati Rice
• 1 cup – Sugar
Method:
- Caramelise 1 tbsp of sugar in a pressure cooker. Add 1/2 cup of hot water.
- Now add the milk and rice.
- When the milk starts boiling well, close the cooker and cook for 25 minutes. Allow it to cool.
- Add the entire sugar, mix well and keep it covered for another 15 minutes.
