Ingredients:
• 100 g – semiya
• Water – 1/2 cups
• 2 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp Urad Dal
• A few Curry leaves
• Coriander
• 4 – Green chillies
• Grated Coconut – 1/4 cup
• 10 – Cashew nuts
• 10 – dry Grapes
• 2 cups – Curd
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Put semiya in a bowl.
- Boil water and pour into it so that semiya is fully soaked. Leave it for 5 minutes.
- Then add 2 cups of curd to it.
- Chop chillies into small pieces and add to semiya.
- Add cashew nuts and grapes. Also add grated coconut to it.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a shallow pan and add mustard seeds and urad dal. When they splutter, add curry leaves to it. Then pour it into the bowl.
- Add 2 tsps of jeera to it and salt to taste.
- Refrigerate it for three hours.
- Before serving, garnish with coriander leaves.
