Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken (without skin and bones)
• 100 g – Corn flour
• 100 g – custard powder
• salt
• chilli powder (to taste)
• Clove powder (to taste)
• elaichi powder (to taste)
• oil

Method:

  1. Make a semi-liquid paste of corn flour and custard powder by adding water.
  2. Add salt, chilli powder, elaichi powder and clove powder.
  3. Mix chicken pieces with the semi-liquid paste, marinate for 30 minutes, then fry for 20 minutes till cooked.
