Ingredients:

• Chicken – 500g
• 1 medium spoon – any Chicken masala
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi powder (or as required)
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• Salt – to taste
• 4 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Wash chicken thoroughly with water. Now drain the water completely from the chicken pieces.
  2. Apply all the masala ingredients into the chicken properly.
  3. Now marinate this for one hour.
  4. Heat a nonstick kadai with required oil and put the chicken pieces.
  5. Add a little water and cover the kadai for the chicken to cook.
  6. This can be eaten with fried rice along with onion rings and lemon.
