
Ingredients:
• 500g- unsalted Butter
• 500g -sugar
• 650g- sieved flour
• 1 tsp -baking powder
• 10 -eggs
• juice from 6 Oranges
• zest of 3 Oranges
Method:
- Preheat oven at 170 C. Grease and lightly flour a baking mould. Sift all dry ingredients and keep aside.
- Cream butter and sugar well.
- Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually add flour and beat the mixture.
- Add the juice and zest, and beat it well.
- Pour it into a greased pan and bake it for 45 minutes. Serve when cake is well-cooled.
