
Ingredients:
• 4 – phulkas (flat Indian bread)
• 1/2 cup – Corn kernels
• 65 g – Mushrooms thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup – Cabbage finely shredded
• 25 g – Carrot finely shredded
• 2 – small cubes cheese grated or crumbled
• 4 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp – Cream cheese or veg mayonnaise
• 1 tsp – Olive oil
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
Method:
- Take 4 phulkas
- Put 1 tsp olive oil in a non-stick pan and heat on a medium flame.
- Add cut mushrooms and corn.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Then saute till mushrooms are cooked.
- Mixture should become completely dry, so cook till all the water is absorbed, cool
- To assemble the wrap, keep one phulka in a dish.
- Apply the cream cheese spread (or any spread you like) evenly over the phulka.
- Add 1 to 2 tbsp of mushroom and corn mixture in the central part.
- On that put cabbage and carrot. Sprinkle some salt and paper.
- Now put 1/2 tbsp cheese, add tomato sauce
- Fold from both sides and the wrap is ready to serve.
