
Ingredients:
• 1 packet – Pasta
• 1/2 cup – boiled peas
• 2 cups – boiled Spinach
• 1/4 cup – boiled Corn
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – plain flour
• 1.5 cups – Milk
• Salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 cup – shredded salmon
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
Method:
- Boil 4 cups of water. Add pasta and let it cook till al dente (approx 11 to 15 mins). Drain and keep aside
- Drain the spinach and grind it.
- In a pan heat butter, add flour and cook for a minute.
- Pour in milk, stirring continuously.
- When it boils, add the rest of the ingredients, except pasta. Cook for 2-3 mins.
- Pour the hot mixture over pasta.
- Mix pasta and creamy sauce well and serve hot.
